Quick Response：For most of the parts, we can provide quotation in the same day of enquiry. For the parts located oversea which need to be confirmed the next day, we will feedback in 24 hours.

Logistics：Usually the lead time is maximum 5 working days from the date of receiving order. If the parts are from Asian suppliers, the lead time can be shortened to 3 days. All the goods can be delivered to warehouses appointed in Hong Kong or mainland China. VAT invoices with 17% are also available.

Inventories：Even the best planner cannot forecast the demand in 3 months. We keep plentiful buffers of inventories for our customers, in case of their emergency needs. Our warehouses are located in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, with all the parts which can be checked on netcomponents.

Quality Ensurance：We control the quality from the procurement sources. We only purchase from manufacturers, franchised distributors and creditworthy companies in the industry. Supplying only original parts is always our principle over these 18 yearts.

Lead Time Order：We can offer competitive price for lead time order of some specific parts, due to our relationship with many upstream suppliers. These brands include but are not limited to Dialight, TI, Freescale, TE, Microchip, Lattice, AD, etc.
